Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BlastRFQ platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BlastRFQ (operated by CutStep AI LLC) regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

2. Description of Service

BlastRFQ is a B2B SaaS manufacturing procurement platform that connects metal and industrial buyers with vendors to exchange Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and quotes. The Service allows users to:

• Create and manage RFQs for manufacturing products and services
• Search and contact qualified vendors
• Receive and compare quotes from multiple suppliers
• Manage procurement workflows and communications
• Track order history and vendor performance

BlastRFQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with notice to users where reasonably practicable.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current business information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Keeping your business information current and accurate
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• All activity that occurs under your account

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind the business entity you represent to these terms. Individual users must be 18 years of age or older.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

BlastRFQ offers the following subscription plans:

• Starter: $299/month, Core RFQ and vendor search features
• Pro: $499/month, Advanced analytics and priority support
• Business: $999/month, Dedicated account manager and custom integrations
• Enterprise: Custom pricing, Full platform customization and support

Payment is processed through Stripe and will be charged on the date you select, recurring monthly thereafter. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically. Billing cycles are monthly unless otherwise specified. All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

You agree to keep your payment information current and accurate. If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your account again. Continued failure to pay may result in account suspension or cancellation.

5. Free Trial

New users on the Starter and Pro plans are eligible for a 14-day free trial. During the trial period:

• You have full access to all features of your selected plan
• No payment method is required to start the trial
• You must provide valid payment information to continue after the trial ends

At the end of the 14-day trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the then-current rate for your selected plan unless you cancel beforehand. We will send a reminder before your trial expires.

Each business entity is eligible for only one free trial. Attempting to circumvent this limitation is prohibited.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Upon cancellation:

• Your access to the Service will end at the conclusion of your billing period
• Your account data and RFQs will remain accessible for 30 days before permanent deletion
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer refunds at our sole discretion. Contact support at nick@blastrfq.com to discuss eligibility.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, defame, or spam other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or user accounts
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Post false or misleading information about products, services, or your business
• Engage in price-fixing, collusion, or anticompetitive conduct
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

BlastRFQ retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the platform, software, documentation, and all content provided by us. You retain all rights to content you upload, including RFQ specifications and product designs.

By using the Service, you grant BlastRFQ a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service. Your content will not be shared with competitors without your consent.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BLASTRFQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of information provided
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not guarantee that vendors will respond to RFQs or that quotes will meet your requirements. BlastRFQ acts as a platform only and does not control vendor performance or product quality. You are responsible for evaluating vendors and the suitability of quotes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLASTRFQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall BlastRFQ's total liability exceed the total amount you paid in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be exclusively subject to the courts located in Chicago, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

BlastRFQ may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting the updated terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must cancel your subscription.
