We represent American shops in the government market

The government already buys
what your shop makes.

You just never see the order. It is posted under a stock number, on a portal you have never opened, on a renewal cycle nobody told you about.

We read that market every day, price it, and bring you only the work that fits your machines. You quote. We carry the government side. Nothing upfront.

The market no one sees

We measured it for one shop. The numbers speak.

Before we pitch any shop, we run the census on their exact part families. Here is what it found for one American manufacturer we represent.

$385M
federal demand mapped

Inside one shop’s exact part families: 11,713 awards for parts they already know how to make.

59%
of those awards had one bidder

More than half the time, the government bought with exactly one offer on the table. Nobody else showed up.

1,000+
new solicitations every business day

Federal buyers post over a thousand fresh requirements daily, spread across portals most shops never open.

Why you never see this work

It is not hidden. It is just buried where no shop has time to dig.

It lives on portals you never open

Federal and state demand is scattered across separate systems, each with its own login, its own format, and its own deadlines. Watching them is a full-time job. We do it every day.

It is filed by part number, not by what you do

The government buys by stock number and specification, not by "deep draw" or "CNC turning." Unless someone translates your capabilities into their numbering, the demand and your shop never meet.

It renews on the government’s calendar

Most of this demand is repeat buying: the same parts, re-solicited on contract cycles. If you are not watching when a cycle reopens, the incumbent wins by default.

How it works

You make the parts. We do everything else.

1

Tell us what you run

Machines, materials, size envelope, certifications. Two lines in an email is enough to start.

2

We map the demand that fits

We screen government demand against your actual envelope and build the picture of what the government repeatedly buys in it.

3

You see a short list, not a firehose

Only opportunities worth your quoting time. If a month has nothing good, we send nothing.

4

You quote your shop price

We carry the government side: registrations, compliance paperwork, the bid itself, and the follow-through after award.

5

We earn only on won work

Nothing upfront. No subscription, no retainer, no exclusivity. If you never win a job through us, you never owe us anything.

Who we look for

  • American shops making real parts: stamping, machining, casting, fabrication, wire and cable, molded and formed work.
  • Shops with capacity to quote, not just capacity to talk.
  • ITAR registration or JCP certification helps on defense work. Neither is required to start.
  • No minimum size. Some of the best-fit work is exactly the size a small shop wants.

Why us

BlastRFQ LLC is itself a registered federal supplier. CAGE 21X33, SAM Active, Government Purchase Cards accepted. We bid and win under our own name, so the registrations, the compliance paperwork, and the bid mechanics we handle for you are work we already do for ourselves.

We are not a lead list. We are not a directory. When we bring you an opportunity, it has already been screened against your envelope and priced against the market. If it reaches you, it is worth your time.

Two lines about your machines is enough.

Tell us what you run and what you like to make. We will come back with what the government buys in your envelope, and you decide if it is worth a conversation.
