BlastRFQ SMS Terms
Effective 2026-05-21 · Last updated 2026-05-21
1. Program operator
The BlastRFQ SMS program is operated by Cut Step Consulting LLC ("BlastRFQ", "we", "us") and delivered via Twilio.
2. Program purpose
The BlastRFQ SMS program sends manufacturing RFQ (Request for Quote) alerts to enrolled vendors when a new RFQ matches the vendor's self-reported materials and capabilities. This is a transactional notification program. We do not send marketing messages through this channel.
3. Message frequency
Typical message frequency is 1 to 3 messages per week per enrolled vendor. Volume scales with how many active RFQs match your capability profile. During quiet procurement periods you may receive zero messages; during high-volume periods you may receive more. There is no fixed cap.
Sample message:
BlastRFQ: New RFQ for stamping from Domeny Tool. Quote: blastrfq.com/q/abc123. Reply STOP to opt out.
4. Help and opt-out keywords
- Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out of all future messages.
- Reply HELP, INFO, or SUPPORT to receive program help information.
- For support outside SMS, email support@blastrfq.com or call (815) 605-7417.
5. Carriers, rates, and delivery
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile plan. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and most other US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Opt-in and consent
Enrollment requires explicit consent. Vendors enroll by submitting the form at /vendor-sms-signup with the consent checkbox marked, then confirming via SMS reply "YES". We retain a TCPA-compliant audit record of consent including the IP address, user agent, and verbatim consent language presented to you at submission. Without both steps (form consent + SMS reply YES), no RFQ alert messages are sent.
You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP. Once opted out, re-enrollment requires you to contact support@blastrfq.com (we do not automatically re-enroll previously opted-out numbers via the same web form, to prevent accidental re-subscription).
7. TCPA recordkeeping
Per FCC TCPA rules, we retain consent records for 4 years. Records include the phone number, the date and time of consent, the IP address from which the form was submitted, the user agent string, the verbatim consent language presented, and the subsequent SMS confirmation reply. These records are available upon request to the enrolled vendor or to a regulator with proper authority.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and consent record are used solely to operate this SMS program and deliver RFQ alerts. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full data handling terms.
9. Eligibility
This program is open to manufacturing vendors operating in the United States with a US mobile phone number. International phone numbers are not currently supported. Enrolled phones must belong to the person submitting the form.
10. Program operator identity
Cut Step Consulting LLC, operating the BlastRFQ platform at blastrfq.com. Contact: support@blastrfq.com, (815) 605-7417. Sender phone for SMS replies is +1 (815) 605-7417.
11. Modifications
We may modify these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS to enrolled vendors with at least 14 days notice. Continued enrollment after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
